Do I need a coach?
You can benefit from coaching if:
VISIONQUEST
The following questions are designed to create a "life plan" which reflects your core values. No one would ever open a new business without a business plan but we routinely drift through life without a comprehensive guide for living. This life plan is not designed to be a rigid contract but to provide a means for measuring how your current work, family, personal development spiritual plans reflect your core values. The great news is that you can change your mind over and over again. Enjoy!
1. What are the people/experiences/activities that are most important to you?
2. What is your ideal image of family life? Please try to describe as concretely as possible (life-partner, marriage, children or child-free, how much time devoted to family activities, etc.)
3. Describe type of work that would reflect your passion. How much time would you spend working each week? Would you want to retire at some point?
4. What financial resources would you need? What would you be willing to do to secure these resources? Why does this particular amount feel like the "correct" amount of money (complete this sentence" This amount of money would allow me to…")?
5. What are you doing when you are the happiest?
6. What are the skills/gifts/knowledge that you would most enjoy sharing with others?
7. When you are on your deathbed, what would you regret not having done?
8. If you had to put a summary of the above questions on a VERY large T-shirt what would it say? (this is your mission statement)
