Healing Circles, Inc. provides affordable individual, couples, and family therapy. Counseling is based on narrative therapy principles and honors your wisdom and creativity in the development of a healing plan. Specialized services are offered for divorce recovery, moving through depression and disordered eating. My clinical interventions include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). I am currently researching and writing on the topic of "fiscal trauma", the emotional consequences of chronic financial anxiety and stress.
