Books are healing. They can allow you to retreat from your day-today world while sitting in your living room. Books can inspire you to change and offer you a path towards wholeness. Books can tap into your grief and invite it out to be transformed into understanding. Books can trigger deep laughter and remind us that the world is a ridiculous and delightful place. I frequently recommend books to my clients to support changes that they are working in our healing/couching/counseling session. I recommend books to people who may be struggling financially but who are still open to deep healing (I call this Frugal Therapy).
